The row house has a dark coloured brick facade, the shelters and storages feature dark coloured dyed concrete with matte finish, and dark window frames and details.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The ventilated shell element construction of the facade is well suited for buildings on seafronts. The use of the shell elements also made it possible to benefit from large element sizes and vertical erection with stretcher bond. The precast facade panels are two-storey high, about 3200 mm \u00d7 6000 mm in size.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The balconies were cast as monolithic structures with no joints.
