The activities cover on both national and European level cooperation and preliminary legislative work to support the success of the industry as well as sustainable development.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In the spring, RTT negotiated wage settlements and collective agreements for the years 2025\u20132028 to the workers and employees working in the construction industry. RTT maintains good lines of communication for negotiations with the Finnish Construction Trade Union and Trade Union Pro and follows actively changes taking place in labour laws.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>RTT is in charge of the standardisation of construction products and together with the Ministry of the Environment participates in the transposition of the Construction Products Regulation of the EU. Precast concrete products and steel products lead the way in standardisation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The organisation influences both on national and EU level environmental legislation, such as the Energy Efficiency Directive and the Circular Economy Regulation.
