It is scheduled to be completed in phases by the year 2029.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The apartment buildings located in the curved lines of the area are mainly 7-8 storey high and feature sea views, noise abatement, and sheltered courtyards as highlights.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The most recent project, expected to be completed by the end of 2026, is Housing Company Espoon Vesta developed by YIT.
