The loadbearing frames and facades of the buildings are precast concrete structures and the key architectonic theme is based on white concrete.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The project includes slab blocks and pointaccess blocks with a total of 73 accessible right-of-occupancy apartments. The facade surfaces feature exposed aggregate concrete, fair-faced concrete and graphic concrete, with special attention paid to details.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The large thermal mass of the concrete structures supports energy efficiency and the solution is further complemented by geothermal heat and solar panels.
