Marinranta in Espoo is a maritime residential estate

Marinranta in the Kivenlahti area of Espoo is a maritime residential estate that has been under development in the sloped terrain since 2017. It is scheduled to be completed in phases by the year 2029.

The apartment buildings located in the curved lines of the area are mainly 7-8 storey high and feature sea views, noise abatement, and sheltered courtyards as highlights.

The most recent project, expected to be completed by the end of 2026, is Housing Company Espoon Vesta developed by YIT. The facades of the buildings showcase white concrete, glass balconies and graphic concrete with maritime motifs.

The sculptured above ground parking facility near Länsiväylä motorway is used by several Housing Companies and also serves as a noise barrier.
