The building frame of multistorey and row house developments can be implemented using blocks.

With block construction, the implementation of multistorey buildings can be started without delay as blocks are stock products.

Block construction is often perceived as traditional masonry work, but hollow blocks are cast-in-place structures, as suggested by their name. The blocks serve as formwork and cast-in-place concrete forms the load-bearing structure. But in this case, the formwork need not be removed.
