Architect Martin Aunin has designed two modern high-rise buildings at the artery of Tallinn. The slender and metropolitan landmark towering at the borderline of the Centre and Kristiine is characterised by a spiral line starting from the access from Tammsaare Road to Pärnu Road and continuing as a ribbon of balconies up to the penthouses.

Two outstanding high-rise buildings are made of concrete elements. One with 18 and the other with 19 floors. These two houses will not go unnoticed thanks to their white color and fascinating architecture.

Järve towers was chosen as Estonia’s concrete structure of the year 2022. Comment of the jury: ”A good example of high-quality collaboration between architect-designer-concrete element manufacturer. Very demanding quality of concrete elements, as well as their installation.”
